Subject : Bad experience

This place has no management on site and when you call the number listed on the door, they are attitudes are horrible. Mind you, I am not from Connecticut, I was traveling when we were in an accident and got the car towed here. Horrible customer service especially for someone who is not from here, bad first impression. Definitely should have went elsewhere with my car.Nasty attitudes, need better management. (more)
