The rep did a good enough job trying to get things handled, but in the end it comes down to one thing - paying top dollar for a timely delivery by a professional organization. Frankly, I am not writing this about price as I agreed to use the company but was pissed to find out they just then get someone else to do it anyway. Lessons learned but then figured the premium price tag was for service and timeliness even if outsourced. We discussed at length having the motorcycles before the holiday (thanksgiving), and WORST case scenario it would be held (at no additional cost because I paid 4k for 2 motorcycles) and delievered as promised. They still have not arrived and we are dealng with this nonsense. I should have went with a less expensive company (and so should you) if it was going to be handled this way anyway.
