julie kenyon was very professional and listened to my concerns and needs. when there was a delay in the carriers picking up the car, julie offered to reduce her already agreed upon price to move the process along so i would get it on time in california. she kept me informed during the entire process and i felt if there was a problem (which there wasnot) she would have resolved it. my car was in good hands.
