My insurance company uses them for my roadside service. They said the estimated time would be 10:54 AM , they showed up even earlier than they said. The driver was polite and fast at getting my car loaded on the flat bed and off to be repaired.

Booked with Dependable Auto Movers, Pegasus was the carrier. Neil and his co-driver (never got his name) are both really cool guys and did a great job of caring for and transporting my late fathers classic restored Chevy truck. Did an internet inquiry to check on the price of a tow. I was asked to call a cell phone, which happened to be the owner: Randys phone. He was rude, and a complete jerk. I had never give someone any money who has no social skills. I gave one star ONLY because that is the least you can give.

I would stay clear. I can only speak from my experience, but Pegasus does not communicate with its drivers. And really, they didn't communicate all that well with me. The driver actually passed my house up by 7 hours. (14 hours total) Two days late. Pegasus claimed the driver uses city names only, and he ended going to a city Read more ....
