One good thing: They are a legitimate business. They won't pick up your car and disappear with it. One bad thing: Don't believe ANYTHING the women in the office tell you. They will say whatever you need to hear to get you to sign their on-line contract. After you sign that, all tunes change. Priority handling is only "an estimate." Read more ....

My car was collected on time on Wednesday with delivery the following Monday. When I contacted the driver monday he was just leaving the pickup state. No phone call. No communication.
