Does not pay what is promised. I purchased one of their vehicles and had a load of problems and was promised a $500 refund to cover damages, and the check is still in the mail after 4 months. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MARK VAYNER! Read more ....

I called Luxury Van Lines. They do not even answer the phone with the company name. "Moving Company" is how they answer and in the background you just hear kids and dogs running around.
