I had one issue when the dispatcher didnot call me back when they said they would, left me wondering when my car would be delivered until I got a call the next day. Other than that, the delivery was fast and my car was in the same condition I dropped it off in. Read more ....

Absolutely horrible business. Do not even start a quote with this company. They barrage you with phone calls and texts and then when you actually speak to someone, they are so RUDE. After a complete mix-up in the communication from the agent to K1 Auto, June of K1 Auto totally came through with picking up my car. The agent had told K1 that my car was to be picked up on Monday, when the car NEEDED (for various logistical reasons) on Thursday.
