They damaged the car in transit and said they would take care of the damage. This has been going on since March 2014 with no resolution. They do not return phone calls or emails and we are going t have to turn this over to our Insurance company and attorney. Stay away from this company. Read more ....

Martin was the driver for JMT. Picked up car as promised following contacting pick-up contact. Martin's navigation system took him 7 miles NE of my location but address was precisely the same, go figure! Martin kept in contact the whole time and was very enjoyable to job with. However, there was a misunderstanding.The main mix-up was, when the arrange was received and my credit card charged, I was told that there would be a Saturday pick-up.
