Review Description

Movers arrived to pick up our items on 11/28. The main guy was wearing a mask but his crew were not! They were quick ok moving our items out of thr house but we were moving from socal to TX and I wanted it to be moved asap. They took a month to deliver our items. Sat in our empty house with 4 kids for a month without our items. I called for updates every few dates and although Natalie did the best she could with the information she had for me, it just felt like a run around and I couldnot understand why they werenot moving our items. They blammed covid which was convenient for them but BS. Then when they finally arrived I was charged an additional 600 for a uhual and the movers were unprofessional and kept their masks on their chins. I do not recommended this company at all. I should have gotten my own damn uhual. Waste of money and our time.
