DO NOT USE this provider to get quotes for your heavy haul. First off, they will not provide you with an actual quote. There quote is just an estimate, and they state that they cannot guarantee it or honor it. So if your date approaches, they can change the price or completely cancel on you out-right Secondly, extremely rude. Maybe I requested a quote a little too early in the morning but its obvious the rep was having a horrible day. I told the rep I was unclear of his response in email and this was his response verbatim, We do not quote brokers clear enough for you now Learn to quote freight. If you have freight and what rate you are offering it at you can see if we have capacity for your time frame, There are a million of you brokers out there who try to get into things that you have no clue in what you are doing. So to be clear, I requested a quote and somehow got a lesson in brokering freight. Thank you anyways Heavy Haul but you will not be shipping any of the 47 fire trucks we are relocating for Hilsdale and Detroit Fire Depts.
