Transported my car with Global last month. I can say overall it was a good experience. We had some little issues during the process (like I was not able to connect to my agent for some time the day before the delivery), but Bryan did his job great. Both the communication as well as the service was enormous to deal with. I had a phone call prior to pick up as well as another from the driver notifying me when the delivery will happen. His drop off time was right, which was great. Read more ....

I originally found Global Car Carrier through this Transport Review website. Once I contacted the transport company, they went out of their technique to handle my transport request. I was looking for a trusted broker who would be willing to negotiate a price that was in my budget. The quotes I was getting from other carriers were up to $1400. AmeriFreight's quote was around $1050. When I asked if they would take it for $960, they said absolutely. I wished I had gone even lower- I think they would have taken it. My car was listed and accepted by a driver within 24 hours. Pickup was prompt, delivery was fine (they let us change both the pickup and the dropoff address at the last minute) except that the car arrived too early- better than too late, but I still wish they could have helped me get it there a little closer to my desired delivery date. Still, I don't think it was really in their control since the car was under the control of the driver at that point, not AmeriFreight. I would definitely work with AmeriFreight again.
