Very straight forward ,no BS type person.
He lived up to his end. The shipping company he used were not one for communication but deliver the car all in one piece with no damage.

I was pleased to know about Fox Auto transport and they set up the shipment of my vehicle with relative ease. My car was transported in 4 days. Surprising factor is they kept informing to me once in 4 hours about my vehicle. Really good customer service! This kind of service really can't be seen with other shipments. Read more ....

I was extremely impressed. I spent much time researching dissimilar companies, checking their BBB ratings. Chris Gilligan at Fox was enormous. Every time I contacted him with a question, he answered correct away. He scheduled a transport for us within hours of publishing our contract, and the cost never changed from that which was quoted. I have only good things to say about Fox as they were accessible to everything that I asked. Unluckily, the carrier, CTC Auto Shippers was not so good. I have shipped a lot of cars and Fox was by far the most worried shipping broker that I have ever used. I would not vacillate to use them again. Read more ....
