I was quoted $1100 from Newark, OH to Boise, ID, the lowest price I found. Placed the order with Chris. Was told it would be a few days for a carrier to be located. A few days passed, no call from Fox. Called them, left a message. After a week, still no call. Called them and left a message indicating Read more ....

Chris was very honest and upfront with me throughout the entire process. He kept me up to speed with all that was going on. It was bid low in the beginning so we had to raise the price to get it picked up but was still less than other carriers. The driver arrived early which was great. He was always Read more ....

We shipped our car from Massachusetts to California. They did a great job, they always answered my enquiries, Chris explained to us every detail about the shipping process and everything worked as scheduled. The drivers were also professionals, eventhough, Fox Auto Transport is a intermediary so the carrier may be different- they picked up and delivered the car door to Read more ....

After naively submitting a random online request for a quote to transport a vehicle from Michigan to Texas, I was immediately overwhelmed with hundreds of phone calls, texts and emails from all over the country. I submitted a request for a car carrier on the Internet. Fox was one of 20 to respond. They provided a quote and explained the process in detail. The process proceeded exactly as described. Very straight forward ,no BS type person. He lived up to his end. The shipping company he used were not one for communication but deliver the car all in one piece with no damage. I was pleased to know about Fox Auto transport and they set up the shipment of my vehicle with relative ease. My car was transported in 4 days. Surprising factor is they kept informing to me once in 4 hours about my vehicle. Really good customer service! This kind of service really can't be seen with other shipments. Read more ....

I was extremely impressed. I spent much time researching dissimilar companies, checking their BBB ratings. Chris Gilligan at Fox was enormous. Every time I contacted him with a question, he answered correct away. He scheduled a transport for us within hours of publishing our contract, and the cost never changed from that which was quoted. No troubles at all! Read more ....

I have only good things to say about Fox as they were accessible to everything that I asked. Unluckily, the carrier, CTC Auto Shippers was not so good. I have shipped a lot of cars and Fox was by far the most worried shipping broker that I have ever used. I would not vacillate to use them again. Read more ....
