Review Description
The driver got lost TWO times AFTER I told them the address and he took my phone with the address and stared at the address for 2 minutes. Then he took his own phone, typed the address and AGAIN tried taking us to the wrong hotel. Very bad experience, and to think that our cruise company recommended them was extra-embarrassing. Avoid!
