Location and convenience are the good parts of this business. Otherwise, I wouldnot recommend if you want that extra special service. I purchased the premium (top option) wash ($20) and I was really disappointed with how it turned out. First, not sure what extra stuff I purchased as the start of the wash was a basic rinse, no differentiation between services. I did not see where my wash got anything extra during the process. In my experience, there is usually a signal or something that comes up to add. Based on how my car looked, I honestly donot think I received the top service. The associates were a bit cold but they didnot do anything wrong, just seemed to want to be somewhere else. When I went to vacuum, I saw there was still dirt on the windows, the tires were not clean and there were spots that were clearly missed that came off easily when I wiped them off. If you are looking for a regular wash without the bells and whistles, it did that job. But I was really trying to give her a good wash and there was nothing premium about the wash I got.
