They either never scheduled a driver according to customer service or scheduled one who had inexplicable problems getting to my house according to the rep who signed me up. Please dont use this company. I transferred my vehicle from FL to NC in March 2015 and had worst experience with the company. Other companies offered cheaper transport but couldn't promise that the car would be picked up on a specific day which was critical for us.
