Capitol Auto Transport handled my vehicle move between countries reasonably well, and although the experience was satisfactory, there were a few aspects that could be improved for a smoother journey. The team was courteous over the phone and tolerant of my many questions about how auto transport works. I was reassured during pickup because the driver was careful and took the time to explain the inspection process before securing my vehicle onto the carrier. Transit time was within the estimated timeframe, but I wished there had been more proactive communication rather than my needing to follow up after a couple of days. When I received my car at the destination, it arrived in good condition, which is ultimately the most important part of the service, but the delivery took slightly longer than initially projected. Despite this, I would still recommend Capitol Auto Transport for reliable service, especially if you prioritize vehicle safety and thorough documentation during transport.
