Review Description
When our car wasn't picked up on the day scheduled, we had to call them to learn it was pushed back 2 days. Then, when it wasn't picked up again, we had to contact them again, only to find out the driver missed the pick-up by 200 miles and refused to go back. Another 8 days later, it was finally picked up. We then had 1 hour notice it was being delivered and we had to be there with cash to get the car. Horrible experience.
