Agent Sam lied and told me my car would ship on agreed upon date. Day came and went with no pick up. The Dispatcher lied for days until I gave up and went with another company. Horrible brokerage company. Sales team was very courteous BEFORE receiving payment. After payment received, no contact, no reply. Pickup was suppose to be Wed-Thur, ended up being Sun!
