This was my first time shipping a car, i was freaking out with the reviews and articles on the web. I called 1Flatrate, Brenda took her time and explained the whole process to me:how they will post the bid on the board and that she will inform me as soon as he got a company to pick up with in the 7 days time frame I gave her. She also picked up the phone every time I called with extra questions,she was always very polite and attentive.There was no money upfront. On the day before the pick up Brenda called and sent me an email confirmation. On the pickup day One Way Logistics came they were super polite
