Our long distance move (Dallas to Atlanta) started off great. The men arrived on time and did a great job wrapping and moving large pieces. Then we arrived in Dallas and waited one month for delivery of our furniture. I am glad we had a place to stay and did not have to pay for a hotel. When the furniture did arrive, the mover refused to come into our neighborhood because of winding roads. He wanted more $$ and to use a shuttle service to get the furniture into our neighborhood. My son-in-law finally convinced him to bring the truck into our neighborhood (no problem) since other trucks had been in there for moving, furniture delivery, etc. The driver then sat all day in his truck and did not lift a finger. The two workers with him did all the work. His attitude was very unprofessional and sarcastic and we were happy to see him go. We have moved several times cross-country and have never waited more than a day or so for our furniture to catch up with us. Would not use Green Van Lines again. Sue Mitchell
