Matt definitely deserves 5 stars, because he went over and beyond. The movers deserve 1 star. I found class pictures of my children in the trash can. There is no telling what else the movers threw away. I asked the movers not to pack all the cable boxes, because I needed to return them to the cable company. Unfortunately, they packed 3 of the 5 items. I cannot find 1 of the cable boxes which the cable company has charged me for. The stands for 2 televisions were missing, so I had to pay someone to wall mount the televisions. The movers left items outside, and my husband had to move them so that they would not get wet by the sprinklers. So I had items that were once in my house, that were left outside for them to pack the following day. I found one of my jackets in the garden. Small kitchen appliances (rice cooker, pressure cooker, turbo air fryer...) were damaged. I had to purchase new items to replace those damaged items. They did not bother to bubble or paper wrap them. There were wall mirrors, framed prints and paintings that were not bubble or paper wrapped. The frames got scratched up. Items that were suppose to go to specific bedrooms upstairs were placed in the garage, living room or family room. I understand that it took 3 days for them to pack and move my items, but I paid for 3 days of moving. I still have NUMEROUS boxes to unpack. I will keep you posted if I find anything else that I should share with you.
