Review Description
We consigned with Five Stars Movers after getting 5 other quotes. They were low bid. So we decided to go with them. Once on site they added multiple documents and fine print charges and want to charge more once we began. They were efficient in the loading of our already boxed items and protected other items of office furnishings. We were originally promised delivery on July 18th when the truck was packed on July 11th by 12:30AM. It is Thursday the 24th no apologies or customer service. I have been promised call backs that have never been received. I am waiting upon another call back now.
