My movers were Ricky and Jesus they were amazing. When I scheduled the move they gave me a estimate of $707.00. When everything was done being moved I owed $995.00! Almost $300 over an estimate! I called the office and spoke to the sales manager and he gave me no valid reason for the excess charges. He did tell me well we did use paper and wrapped your items. So $300 for paper products? So to make a long story short I moved 9 items 60 miles and paid $995.00. Anyone else doing the math here? I am fully aware of what an estimate means I am married to a contractor. I also know that a estimate is a sign of integrity and what you can do the job for. Adding $300 more on to an honest estimate was poor business practice and taking advantage of people. I have more moves coming up in the future, I will not use Good Neighbors nor will I recommend them to anyone.
