They just left my mattress in LA. With 100% cooperation & coordination with BHT I had a mattress delivered to them to be put on the truck with my belonging moving from LA to Louisiana. Instead of calling me to ask if I was ok with the mattress being packed standing up they decided not to pack it at all. the driver left LA without my mattress. BHT accepted 100% that they were in the wrong in not contacting me before they made this decision but would NOT send my mattress to me at their cost. They would only send it for $1600 or via an outsourced company ($1500). I was shocked that they simply refused to do the right thing. I had done my part and even paid extra to get the mattress to them on the same day which was better for them. In addition, they delivered someone else box springs to me and took mine to Florida. This is the 2nd time I have used them - the first time they were to pack my house but neglected to pack all of the drawers in my kitchen. Not one person that I dealt with there in my 2 moves accepted any accountability for their mistakes. Find another moving company. After my posting BHT did contact me and offered to reimburse me for half the cost of my mattress for all of the inconvenience they caused me. it was a shocking and pleasant turn of events. I would amend my review to say if you do hire them and things go wrong do not give up because, at least this time, they finally did the right thing.
