Review Description

I actually liked this team, but their lack of response to a few issues forces me to give them this rating. Before they picked up our stuff, they were always available and returning calls. After they unpacked everything in the new house and left, we noticed one of the recliners they put together was not put together correctly, and our large TV, when you turned it on, the picture was wrecked, like the device was dropped. We reported it and they said they would take care of it. The next day, and since, we are no longer able to contact them. It is almost like they blocked our numbers, because we cannot even leave a voicemail. We have been ghosted! I tipped both guys a decent amount on pickup and delivery...and provided coffee and doughnuts! Not cool, guys.....
