Review Description
Several of my furniture items are chipped, scratched and broken. Inexperienced staff with little care. By disassembling and reassembling my basically new king bed they stripped all the bolts and were dishonest by not owning up to it before they charged us. My husband spent hours replacing every single bolt by hand. Some will never come out, making it impossible to fully disassemble again. We were only given $200 to "cover" at least a thousand dollars in damages. My advice- Pay a couple hundred dollars more for a more well known business!
