My name is Nishant Jain and I hired AutoStar transport for my Vehicle Transport. They asked me for the deposit and assured me that they will find me the carrier between Jan 3 2022 to Jan 5 2022 and they new i had a flight on Jan 6 which could not be moved. Not only they did not find the carrier in time they also did not refund my deposit. it is a worst company ever. I had to find the carrier on the 5th January which costed me a lot of extra money. Worst experience ever. They kept saying they will find me the carrier until the end which they did not do. Again worst company ever. Fraud company. I will not recommend this company to anyone.
