I have had cars shipped a few times and the prior two times have had very late, unreliable pick ups and drop offs. This experience was totally different and very professional. I had the transport request posted and received notification that day that the car would be picked up the following day. The car was picked up exactly as planned. Communication was excellent and delivery day clearly stated. On the day to be delivered, Vino was actually going to deliver earlier than I could receive and was able to switch a drop off to accomodate the change. Car arrived as promised in great condition. Overall a very good experience. I would certainly recommend and use again.
