very good, excellent communication need to mention diesel express who took the load The young man called in advance and he parked at a truck stop on the edge of town and we took the car from there to my house I have no complaints heres a tip dont ask for a quote because it may be more--its just a quote. I asked them to give me a guarenteed price and it was slightly more than the quote but thats ok then I knew the exact ammount to have on delivery. only complaints against autostar have been quoted price vs actual between 75 and 100 more. So ask for a guarentee price and it works out the same anyhow. overall very good!
