Review Description

I was not told the complete route of my transatlantic shipment. My vehicle was delivered to destination port with no contact information for myself, and sat there for days before I was informed of its arrival. It was vandalized, completely empty of gas, full of trash, cigarettes, grease stains. Judging by the amount of sand, dirt, and trash in my car, someone took it for a joy ride in Egypt (leaflets left in vehicle). Core Nautical group has been extremely unhelpful in filing any sort of claim with the shipping company that it subcontracted to. I am unable to even get an inspection report from the shippers so that I can have multiple repairs made to my vehicle. Overall, extremely disatisified and would never recommend their services to anyone. Receiving port stated that this has happened with Core Nauticals shipments before. (Including a delivery without keys.)
