Review Description

So here we are today going to pick up the vehicle that was supposed to be delivered to our house. The carrier was lazy and wanted me come over an hour and a half away to pick it up. We spent the whole day negotiating back and between the carrier and magic carpet on a drop off point. Every time we worked something out w/ magic carpet, the carrier had some excuse. He was supposedly 2miles from my house and when I said that was ok, he told me he was already back in Los Angeles. He must have wings to be able to go over 100 miles in 15min. Anyway, they said it would be 150 to redeliver. No one ever called us back so my husband ended up calling and finding out where our vehicle was being stored. The carrier blamed magic carpet and magic carpet blames me for "being difficult". Magic carpet themselves told us they had had problems w/ this carrier but in the end I guess it was all still my fault. My husband was stuck on the east coast and it was 100 plus degrees that day. I wasn't about to walk two miles in the heat to pick up a vehicle. I will make sure to tell all of my friends to NEVER use this company. You are better off towing it yourself.
