Our mission is to tell you the truth. All companies in the industry broker vehicles to carriers. Trusty Transport has a small select group of dependable motor carriers who are licensed and insured. We pay them slightly higher than the industry standard to ensure superior service is provided to our customers.

I had zero problems when I recently had a car shipped from Florida to Ohio by Trusty Transport.I would definitely not use a shipping company that wants my credit card number for a down payment.Always ask to see the shipping co. contract before you agree to use them, and read the small print. Read more ....

Signed contract with trusty Transport (anything but trusty) 3 weeks in advance of pickup said he would have a driver shortly ..never did happen. Promised it would never go on the national board (it did). Only would correspond via email. Told me he was dropping contract because I had a contract with another shipper (totally untrue). Trusty hires disabled veterans. Most contact was via email but always timely. My rep. was deaf from the war. I hired Trusty on the 2nd and it loaded on the 4th and delivered on the 10th. I requested an order 12/14/2008 for loading the next day and they made it happen. My Nissan delivered 4 days afterward. Unlike preceding poster I enjoyed the email.
