We contracted Freightcenter to pick up a shipment from our customer who is about 90 miles away. They had it picked up no problem but then it was taken to a freight terminal where it sat. We tried for 3 days to get an answer of when it would be delivered from their customer non-service department that kept giving us Read more ....

I had a piece of Gym equipment shipped. The seller dropped it off at the wrong location in the same town. Approximately 6 miles difference. Instead of Freight Center telling the seller to take it to the correct location, they accepted it and charged me an additional $210. When I went to dispute the claims they would not reverse the Read more ....

My husband and my father in law own a cleaning company in Florida. They wanted to ship an industrial type vacuum to California. Delivered my bike without a hassle. It's freight so you can't expect it to be on time. Things happen. Roads close and we all see accidents on the side of the road every day.
