Very bad experience with Direct Connect Auto Transport. Signed paper with them in Dec. 2021, targeted for pick up on Jan 5, 2022. They were not able to find a truck until Jan. 27. Signed contract to ship car. Kept being told it would get picked up and then they wanted more money. Finally, they said I broke contract and billed my credit card full amount and never got the car shipped even though I kept trying.
