I never had pickup and delivery delays. Everything went on time and no problem occurred during my transaction. The pickup time was communicated well in advance and organized well. My over-all experience using D&D Logistics was "very good!" The firm that actually moved the car was very professional and friendly and my car was delivered on time without a scratch.
