the title says it all this is the second time ive used GTMS and i have nothing but good things to say. I transport a lot of cars both open and enclosed but when i have something that I need done flawlessly I call these guys. I know from experience that car transport is not for the faint of heart things happen. But when it comes to my personal experience with GTMS they always make estimated pickup and delivery times, they give me updates when i want them and even when i dont ask for them, and they always deliver my cars in perfect condition! from the drivers to the dispatch office GTMS is a well oiled machine who i would recommend to anyone including my own personal clients and friends.  (more)

If I had read the reviews on this board before choosing GT Motorsports I could have saved me a load of anger and headache. My local cars shipper contracted with GT Motorsports to haul a 911 Turbo Cab for me from SoCal to Dallas in an enclosed carrier. Trouble started when they showed up three days early to pick up the car. Since when is their incompetence in scheduling their loads my issue? My dealer was not happy and neither was I And for the premium I am paying I would at least expect a courtesy call to let me know. Then the wait started (which is still not over BTW). After the promised drop off date passed I called GTM and sked when I could expect the truck to show up more BS from them...then I started calling them every three days asking for an update...more BS (when is not telling the truth actually turning into plain lying The owner (Ken) seems to take very good care of his racing and car collector buddies, but if you are just a normal chap that is not part of his favorite circle your priority for delivery and consideration is pretty much zero. Deal with these people at your own risk, you have been warned.  (more)

Ken Gold at GTM arranged a single vehicle enclosed trailer transport of my 1936 Plymouth from Hingham MA to Hudson NY in the blink of an eye and everything went smooth and perfect. The driver was careful and considerate, the trailer brand new. I could not have done better. Be careful of scams and fraudsters in this business and just use Gran Turismo !  (more)

They picked the vehicle up 2 days later than they said they would. Delivery was supposed to be in 3 - 5 days. On the 4th day they were broke down in North Carolina, on the 6th day they had a flat tire, on Saturday the 8th day they said the vehicle might be here that night and hung up on me and it finally arrived on the 9th day. It was filthy dirty. Never again would I use these people.  (more)

Lied about late pick up, driver lied about access, put 1 car on hook instead of flatbed, late delivery, driver rude and argued the entire time when drop off and delivery locations know 2 weeks prior, damaged car, said they picked it up damaged? questioned how they got it on truck with broken tie rod sleeve, they said it happened from bumps, changed story 5x's car was just reloaded at Symbolic so how it happened from cross countyry??? Lost parts, jammed hurst reverse lock into gear and broke stick off and tried hiding it, yes tried hiding it like a 5year old. Ken said he would take care of it , after several emails guess what Ken disappeared and everybody blamed something else. Worst transport deal ever!!!  (more)
