I would like to thank Matt at OSI for helping move my car from FL to CA. I was contacted by about 10 companys to move my car. OSI stood out from all of them. Matt was the first person to call me and told me all about the car transport industry. I told him I wanted to get other quotes to see what everyone else is quoting to ship my car enclosed. Not one other company gave me any of the information Matt did. This is why I picked him out of the rest. No he price was not the lowest but the service was worth it. Thanks Matt. I would tell anyone who is shipping their car to go with OSI.

: Really a great deal.
I had to move my vehicle to NY from Florida because I sold it and it was going overseas from a port in NY into a container. Ocean Star International picked up my vehicle, had all the necessary paperwork for me online so I could track it, answered all my questions and made me feel at ease with the process. I am happy.

Worst an non reliable company . Workers slow an rude , especially cheeto . Office gave me paperwork for wrong car . Long wait just to get car (more)

: terrible experience
One of the worst experiences I had, they made my whole move a nightmare. Not only was I lied to about the price and details, but I ended up having to go to customs to release my packages, while OSI hung up the phone in my face when I called to complain obviously this was after I had paid them. I hope that nobody else has to go through this terrible experience of overpaying and bad customer service and manners. (more)
