: I do not recommend your company.
The company failed to deliver my car in a timely manner they lied to me about having a solo driver they told me they were going to deliver my car on one day and it took them seven days to deliver it it was just an awful awful experience I do not recommend your company. The company could have given me a better value by compensating me for the car rental and Uber trips that I had to use in absence of my vehicle because of their failure to deliver on time. The company also contracts other drivers without letting the clients know it was just a terrible terrible experience.

Frank at M&M freight and logistics delivered excellent customer service ,excellent communication .Vehicle was picked up on time as promised and delivered earlier than planned, Driver was friendly and called before delivery, overall I was exceptionally happy and won not hesitate to use them again in the future, thanks again

BEWARE OF SCAMMERS. M&M Freight And Logistics LLC IS A COMPLETE SCAM. I HAD BEEN WORKING WITH THEIR OFFICE MANAGER NAMED JULIAN SINCE THE MIDDLE OF SEPTEMBER. I HAD TWO BUSES WHICH NEEDED TO BE TRANSPORTED FROM TENNESSEE TO CALIFORNIA. I RECEIVED A QUOTE AND PAID TWO $500 DEPOSITS, ONE FOR EACH BUS. WHEN M&M Freight And Logistics LLC SHOWED UP, THEY REALIZED THEY HAD THE WRONG TRAILERS FOR THE JOB AFTER DAMAGING THE BACK END OF THE FRONT RIGHT TIRE FENDER. THEY APOLOGIZED AND SAID FOR THE NEXT 3 WEEKS THAT THEY WOULD REFUND MY DEPOSITS AND FIX THE DAMAGE CAUSED TO OUR BRAND NEW BUS. YESTERDAY I HAD TO FINALLY CONTACT MY BANK TO DISPUTE THE CHARGES FOR SERVICES NOT PROVIDED IN ORDER TO GET MY MONEY BACK. ITS GROTESQUE THAT THERE ARE COMPANIES WHICH CONDUCT THEIR BUSINESS LIKE THIS. IF YOU ARE READING THIS REVIEW, HOPEFULLY IT SAVED YOU FROM THESE GUYS DOING TO YOU WHAT THEY DID TO ME. Hello. I needed my car shipped and this company clearly saw the urgency of my situation and got my car scheduled and shipped out on time and delivered my car to my new residence without any problems. I am so greatful. The driver was polite friendly and professional. Again, thank you ??????

Great service! My moving company dropped the ball on my vehicle transport so I had to scramble to find a carrier last minute. Julian got my Jeep on a truck within a few hours and got me back on track. Thank you!

I can’t say enough good things about the service provided. The owner/ driver was professional and his equipment was clean and reliable. He gave me a time frame for delivery of 48 hours and the service was completed with 24 hours. Anytime I need this service again this will be the first company I will contact. (more)

: Wonderful Customer Service
The service I would of gave a 5 out 5, if I got my car the day that I was told that I was going to get it. The service was great other than what I mention. The price was very reasonable, and I received my car just as it was given to the driver that is awesome! The communicated with me, and when I called my phone calls were answered! MM was professional, they pick the car just Like I was told they would, they price was not change like I had in the pass with other companies! I will do business with them again, they earned my respect and gain a customer! (more)
