Z-Best Auto Shipping - Review

I have shipped many cars in my lifetime, and I have finally found someone (Mario IS the MAN) who knows how to get it done, on time, with GREAT communication and action. I had specific pickup day needs, NO EXTRA CHARGE for that service was refreshing. USHIP is a joke as that is Extra level of service.Those other brokers will play hell with committing to a needed pickup day for you too! Past experience with other brokers is they promise delivery dates, and do not tell you its gonna be delayed until the promised delivery date passes, THEN they tell you the truck broke down and waiting on a part, or some other story, even though they knew for 2 days it was not going to arrive on time. This is NOT the case with Z Best Auto Transport. This car went 1200 miles, & the driver/carrier from Ohio (Steve) was also excellent communicator. He gave me 24 hour advance notice of being early & where to meet him. He had a small mechanical issue, that delayed him slightly, but then ALSO gave me 6 hour notice of that as well. THAT IS THE LEVEL OF SERVICE YOU DESERVE FOR YOUR MONEY!! So I gave him a nice cash tip too. I will use Mario again, and recommend you give him a try too..  (more)

This is the first time I am using a vehicle shipping company and so far it has been great with Z-Best Auto Shipping. The staffs at this company were extremeley friendly and definitley reasonably priced, there were no hidden fees or anything like that. Car was opicked up on the first date available in the morning and I received calls and emails stating who was going to be moving my car with their contact information.As they said my car arrived in perfect condition.I had nothing but a good experience from this company.
