The overall transport was fine. I have absolutely no complaints and the person that delivered my car was very kind. I did not have any trouble at all. I would recommend you guys to anyone of my friends that ever needs to get their cars transported to a place. Also it was great that the car was brought to my exact location. Door to door is awesome. I say that because how would i go pick up my car at another location if im waiting for the very thing that would take me to that other location. Thank-you, you guys are great! They had the worst customer service I have ever endured. Not only was the driver almost two hours late but they dropped my car as they were loading my vehicle on to the truck. The driver didn't want to write a report or make a report. The driver act like he didn't see any Damage to the vehicle. But clearly my car was damaged. I have pictures of the car and the damage on scene. And it to forever for them to reply and respond about the insurence claim, and they where giving me the run around. Still hasn't been resolved and it been over a week. DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY TRANSPORT YOUR CAR!!! cause if there is any damage they will deny it.  (more)

I bought my Mustang on Ebay that I always wanted. It was a restoration project coming out of the North that would be not easy to transport all the way to Cali this time of the year. Anthony at universal assured me that he had a spot to pick up the Mustang. He did care me about possible delays in the actual delivery dates if the transport truck got caught up in any bad climate. I wasn't in a super hurry to get the car even though I had the usual feelings of enthusiasm!. Anyway, the car showed up and I am happy.  (more)
