My experience with Town and Country Auto Transport was unacceptable. At first they sounded professional and eager to help but that was not the case. I ended up talking to about 5 different people who had different positions in the company in order to get a start with moving my car. 3 of the 5 people i spoke to were very incompetent and did not have a clue what they were talking about. For almost 2 months they would "beat around the bush" with me and tell me that they would have a carrier for my car by the end of the week or early next week. This never happened. The only reason why i talked to so many people was because everyone was difficult to get a hold of and everytime i called, which was pretty much everyday, they would never return my phone calls. They never actively called me I always had to get in touch with them to find out what was going on. This went on for about a month and a half.  (more)

Here in this transport the shipping was right on time with the pickup and it took less than 48 hours to deliver the vehicle. No damage and the driver was polite and kind. I couldn't find single fault on them as well they taken care of my car in a professional manner.  (more)

I have spoke to plenty of company's and Town and Country Auto Transport was the best one they have great rating and they know what they are talking about.People at this transport was great, he was able to get my truck moved within days and he clearly explained the process and made everything as simple as possible.My car arrived on time but little dirt,but the driver explained me the situation and it was understandable.very good customer service.This is the first time I've used Town and Country Auto Transport and I would certainly use them again if the need should arise.  (more)

I called Town and Country Auto Transport for reciving the quotes.Staffs at this transport were very courtoues and helpful and they explained me whole transportation process and they promptly answered all my questions. Driver was absolutely great to work with, professional, to the point and reliable. I had contacted the company to verify the time and was quickly notified where the driver was and notified by the driver. My car picked on time and arrived on time in perfect condition as planned. This is the first time that I have hired Town and Country Auto Transport to move my car. I found them through the web site and think that Town and Country transport deserves their good rating. My car was picked up and delivered on time - with no issues and at a fair price. The driver was very honest, friendly and professional and kept us updated on his pick up time.
