I needed to Have my Audi s4 shipped from West palm beach,Fl to Arcadia,Ca. I was a little worried because I had never shipped a car but with the recommendation of a friend I picked sundown Transport to pick up my car most companies I had called for estimates Had told me it would be 1- 9 days before pick up and 10-14 days for delivery I found this unacceptable when I spoke with Chris over at Sundown. He told me he can guarantee delivery in 7 days because they have there own trucks So I was able to drop my car off at there depot a day early and four days later I had my car it was by far the best experience I have ever had with any company And I would recommend them to any and everyone they are amazing.  (more)

these guys kept in touch throughout the shipment, ther were there when i called, tolb they would meet me at the boarder at 11:00 am i got there at 10 after and the driver was waiting for me. he straped the car down by the straps going around the tires, and seemed to honestl care about my car. the car i purchased was another story it was not as described. but the shipping was a positive experience  (more)

The service was excellent on all ends. They are always available to take my calls and maintained contact with me frequently while waiting for a driver. Once we had arranged for a driver, he also stayed in contact with me. The driver was also on time and communicated with me well on when my car would arrive.
