I was basically stranded in the middle of Alabama with a major truck repair. My parents located Steve Wells and New World Auto Transport through the internet and called him late on a Friday night. They actually spoke directly to the owner (Steve Wells) and he assured them this would be no problem. He gave them a quote right away and said he would put me on the board ASAP. This was my first time having a vehicle transported long distance. Steve Wells put my mind and worries at ease. Keep in mind, my truck had a broken rear axle and this is also the largest truck Dodge makes, so loading it on a truck would be no easy task! I explained this to him and he still reassured me his drivers are the best. Each and every time I had a question (I had plenty), Steve Wells would always take my call. In addition, the driver contacted me to notify me my truck had been loaded and gave me an estimated arrival time. The driver also contacted me when he was approx. 1 hour away so I could make arrangements to meet him. Steve Wells is a go-getter and a producer. In other words, he makes it happen!
