I have used this company two times and I have been pleased. The drivers are professional and trustworthy. Using a car transport service is much safer than having my daughter drive to and from college. RACHEL WAS WONDERFUL. PICK UP TIME WAS LATER THAN EXPECTED BUT RACHEL WAS ALWAYS AVALIABLE AND EASY TO CONTACT. WAS ALWAYS HONEST AND UPFRONT WITH DELAYS AND EVEN WAIVED HER FEE TO INCREASE AMOUNT PAYABLE TO THE DRIVER TO HELP SPEED UP PICK UP. VERY TRUST WORTHY AND WOULD DEFINETLY USE AGAIN.
