This was our first time transporting a vehicle and Bear Transport was extremely helpful in understanding the process. They were friendly to deal with, timely with delivery and we felt confident that our vehicle would be cared for without worry. The vehicle was picked up on the first possible date and delivered the next day. We were thrilled to have the vehicle so soon, since others had estimated one to two weeks. The total price was $975 which was very reasonable considering their service. We did not realize how simple it could be to purchase a vehicle over the internet and have it shipped the next day. The driver was very nice and updated us by phone with his location while shipping. We did not have to wait for the time of delivery that he had stated. The transfer of money was also very simple. We had a cashiers check ready for the driver at arrival. We felt very comfortable with the entire transaction. We canot think of anything that could be suggested for improvement in this order. The order number was 39480. The vehicle was shipped from Illiinois to Virginia in 2 days, which was more than we could have hoped for. My spouse and I would recommend this carrier to anyone.
