BT contacted me in a timely manner and was very competitively priced. The driver was prompt and was able to disconnect the alarm system so it wouldnot go off in transit. I would recommend going with someone that has Global tracking on their trucks so you can track them on the internet. Thats the way I will go next time. Pay more but maybe they will have better customer service skills. I was told by BT that someone would contact me over the weekend to let me know the time my car would be here on Monday. No one ever called me from BT Auto Transport. Like I said very bad first impression when I used them. Would not use again. Will shop around next time.  (more)

I looked up this web site and found that BT Express Auto Transport had an excellent rating and I decided to go with this company.BT Transport was very easy to use and the staffs were excellent and they were always available for any questions I had and at all times during the transport. Their price I found to be less than other companies I had contacted. There was no hidden charges, very good service at reasonable price.I am happy with their customer service.I would use this Transport again and recommend to all my friends.  (more)

I am pleased with the service I recieved from BT Express Auto Transport.The staff (representive) of the company did a great job of arranging pick up and delivery as well as keeping myself updated with the progress of the shipment.Plan worked great, the driver delivered it early and there was no damage and it was all for a good price, especially for all being very last minute.Very good company to deal with.Very good service at reasonable cost.If need arises I would definitely use this company again.  (more)
