I needed 2 cars shipped from NY to CA. I booked with Webster because they offered me a reasonable price. But they never came through. I tried to schedule a pick up for my cars on May 30th or 31st. The transport person brought the car to the airport even though it was quite late in the night - this saved me any cab/rental costs. They actually had someone you could talk to on the phone.They were among the lowest of bidders which made me anxious because other companies said the low price bids would end up taking the greatest time to deliver. I placed the order online Monday nighttime and my vehicle was picked up Tuesday at 1pm and delivered by Thursday at 2:00 pm. Webster's cost was $200 less than the next lowest quote. Wayne was always obtainable to answer any questions. I don't know any way the shipping could have gone smoother. Read more ....
