John Van Dam was personable and communicates well. He called 3 days early and told me he would drop the car off on Monday and then delivered the car on time and in great shape. I consider myself very lucky after finding John. I went through the BS from all the brokers and didn't feel comfortable that they would deliver my Viper safely. I'm glad I hired John.
