Do not use this broker! This is the second time the balance due to the driver is higher than the quoted price from Tania at Upscale. The last time in 2019 the difference was $250 and it was almost six weeks before we received our refund and that only happened after MANY emails. This time it is $100 and no Read more ....

Wow, these people are the worse. Took my deposit money, I wrote them 5 emails stating that I had to sale my car so I won’t be needing services anymore.
