Worst communication ever. Used this company to send my car to Hawaii from the mainland and not only was my car damaged, but they are horrible at following up with emails. I would not go with this company ever again. (more)

They are a dishonest company that will give you continual false and inaccurate information regarding you shipment. When you try to reason with them they will insult your intelligence and try to transfer the blame to any other parties involved in an attempt to brush the matter off. I was referred to Linda at Transporter Auto Services, by an agent from the NFL~ Linda was very knowledgeable and proficient. We called several other companies and received lower quotes, but their customer service was in the toilet. The driver was great and we felt very relaxed leaving our expensive vehicle in their hands.
